is the Client’s responsibility to quote the correct user-name and Personal
Identification Number (PIN) when telephoning the Bookmaker. Bets when made over
the telephone by the Client will be read back to the Client by the telephone

to variation and become fixed at the time a bet is accepted.
31. Unless otherwise agreed, the maximum
amount that may be paid out on any bet win via the telephone (both singles and
multiples) is AUD$30,000.00. In addition, all multiple bets are subject to a
maximum win of 500 times the Client’s bet or wager.
32. Unless otherwise agreed by the Bookmaker,
the maximum amount that may be paid out on any bet win via the Internet (both
singles and multiples) is AUD$10,000.00. The maximum dividend paid for Gallop
meetings is $101.00, Harness $51.00 and Greyhounds $51.00. This is regardless
as to whether the wager is accepted via the internet at the time of placing the
wager and the price on the TAB. In addition, all multiple bets are subject to a
maximum win of 250 times the Clients bet or wager.
33. Winnings will be credited to a Client’s
Betting Account following confirmation of the final result. Should funds be
credited to a Client’s Betting Account in error, it is the Client’s responsibility

settlement periods must be settled as well.
36. Where a Client has been granted a Maximum
Debit Limit in accordance with paragraph 35(b) above the Client may be refused
bets or wagers by the Bookmaker if their Client Account Balance at any time
exceeds their Maximum Debit Limit or if the effect of that bet or wager would

Debit Limit may be exceeded, the Client shall settle its resultant Client
Account Balance when next notified by the Bookmaker. For the avoidance of

Betting Account and if, for whatever reason the Client Betting Account Balance
exceeds its Maximum Debit Limit it is the Client’s responsible to ensure that
all amounts of the Debit Balance are settled in accordance with these Terms.
37. Free bets are provided on a stake out
basis. Should the selection win then winnings will be credited to the clients
account, if the selection loses the client will not be debited for his free bet
stake. Free bets are given at the Bookmakers discretion and can be reversed at
any time.
38. The Bookmaker, at anytime, for an
undisclosed reason may decrease or withdraw the Maximum Debit Limit, should
this occur the account would still be payable in the normal weekly basis.
39. Where an event or match is postponed and
rearranged to take place within 48 hours of the original starting time of the
event or match, all bets will stand. If the event or match is rescheduled for a
time greater than 48 hours after the original commencement time, all bets will
be void and stakes refunded.
40. The result of a match (for all sports
other than soccer) will stand for betting purposes when it is abandoned after
the start of the second half. Abandonment prior to this will cause the event to
be void and money bet or wagered to be refunded. For a soccer match, a game
must be played for at least 80 minutes for bets to stand.
41. Overtime periods or extra time in all
sports shall count towards the final result for the match but, in the case of
extra time in soccer, shall not count towards a final result of the match and
the final result for payment of winning bets shall be on a draw.
42. In the case of betting on a soccer match,
the score at 90 minutes (normal full-time, normal time includes any stoppage
time added by the referee) shall determine settlement of the bet and extra time
will not count in determining the final result. In the event of the Bookmaker
offering odds for a team to progress outright to the next round or to win the
competition outright, then replays, extra time and penalties will count in
determining settlement of the bet.
43. In the case of betting on a soccer “outright” and there is no draw option, the match
is resulted by whoever “wins the game”.
44. Soccer specials like correct score, HT/FT
double, first goal scorer and handicap betting are resulted at “normal time”.
45. In the case of golf, a play-off shall
count in determining the final result.
46. In the case of golf, where a tournament
is affected by adverse weather conditions, bets will be settled on the official
result, disregarding the number of rounds played.
47. In the case of all other sports (not
broken in under individual headings) and all other contests that involve a set
length of play or time limit, players must play to their conclusion or have no
more than 5 minutes scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes
to be considered official for betting purposes.
48. In the event of a Dead Heat or Draw, where
such an option was not offered for betting purposes, the ticket will be paid
out at face value divided by the number of Dead
Heating winners of the event (The Dead Heat Rule).
49. The specific Rules for horse racing bets are as follows:
i.
Best Fluctuation betting is only available on
Metropolitan Meetings;

iii.
Best Fluctuation Bets are to win a maximum of $6,000 for

Where a Client places a bet that would result in the
Client winning more than $6,000 on a best fluctuation bet then the balance of
the stake that would result in a win of excess of $6,000 will be placed at the
official starting price.
50. When betting “All Up”, there is to be no
backwards betting. In the event that a wager is accepted that includes
backwards betting, the wager will be accepted in the order that the race legs
are running. An “All Up” bet may only be two legs.
51. Where a Client makes an “All Up” bet,
this shall include the wager of the original bet plus the winnings from the
first race leg.
52. Unless otherwise agreed with the
Bookmaker, the maximum that a Client can win from an “All Up” bet is
AUD$20,000.00.
53. The definition of “Win Fixed Odds” means
the prevailing bookmakers odds of a specified runner.
54. Where a race meeting is transferred from
one racecourse to another, all betting rules will apply as if the meeting was
not transferred.
55. If a race meeting is postponed later than
48 hours from original date, all wagers on the postponed meeting are cancelled.
56. Where a race meeting is transferred from
one racecourse to another the limit shall be for the course on which the
meeting should have been held.
57. In the event of a horse being withdrawn
late by order of the stewards, all bets will be paid as stewards direct
including deductions on remaining runners.
58. All interstate and country wagers are
strictly subject to time. If an interstate or country wager is accepted, but
afterwards found to have been taken after the actual starting time, the bet
will be voided and refunded.

to be better than two of the three TAB dividends. This also includes place only
bets and the place portion of each way bets. portion
of each way bets.
If "Powerplay" is selected in the betting
form instead of "Best" the bet will be paid as per the Powerplay bonuses displayed on the home page. The Powerplay is only applicable on win bets where the base
dividend is over $2.00. If the Powerplay option is
selected and no Powerplay be available on the race

Cancel any multi legs where the leg has a direct relationship with a prior leg
of the multi. The first leg and all legs without a direct relationship will
stand in the bet.
Eg. Should a client back
Manly to win a match multi into Manly to make Top Eight, then only the Manly to
win match will stand.
Payouts are based on the official declared
result on game day, but conditions may apply to specific betting options (e.g.
end of normal time, including extra time - an extension of normal time - etc.).
When a Draw option is offered, the bet is decided on the result at the end of
normal time This means any extra time or an extension
of normal time is not included. For Margin Betting the Draw option is always
offered. When the Draw option is not offered, The Dead Heat Rule applies.
Games are official after five innings of
play. If the home team is leading, the game is official after four and half
innings of play. If a game goes past five innings (including any extra innings)
and is subsequently called off, suspended or postponed, the winner is
determined by the score after the last full innings of play (except in the case
when the home team score to tie, or take the lead in the bottom half of the
innings in which the game is called off - the runs do count). For run line
betting, the game is official after 9 innings if the visitor team is winning and
after 8.5 innings if the home team is winning. For run totals the game is
official after 9 innings (8.5 innings if home team is winning) with the
exception that at any time the run total is exceeded the wager is official.
Should either of the nominated pitchers withdraw before throwing a pitch, all
single wagers are void and wagers refunded while affected multiple wagers will
be recalculated excluding that leg. If a game is abandoned or postponed to
another date, single wagers are void and wagers refunded but multiple wagers
(parlays) will be recalculated excluding that leg.
Payouts will be based on the official final score, including any extra time,
unless otherwise specified. Games are official after 43 minutes of play (NBA
and NBL), 35 minutes of play (NCAA) and at the end of normal time (all other
competitions). In handicap and totals betting, where the line or total is a
flat number, if the score lands on the line or total, all wagers will be
refunded. Affected multiple wagers will be recalculated excluding that leg. If
a game is abandoned, postponed to another date, or fails to meet the above
criteria, single wagers are void and refunded. Multiple bets will be
recalculated excluding that leg.
Where a match is abandoned or postponed, but fought within 14 days of the
original scheduled date, all wagers stand. Once the 14 days have expired, all
single wagers are refunded. Affected multiple wagers will be recalculated
excluding that leg. All bets on either boxer to win will be decided by the
judges’ decision, which includes points, technical knockout (TKO), knockout
(KO) or disqualification. If a price is offered for the draw, in the event of a
draw all wagers on either boxer to win will be losers. If there is a
"technical draw" determined by the referee due to an accidental cut
etc then the bout is deemed a "no contest" and all wagers will be
refunded. In round-by-round betting, if a boxer fails to answer the bell, the
fight will be deemed to have ended in the previous round. For all wagers on a
boxer to win on points, the full scheduled number of rounds must take place for
bets to be declared winners. If the scheduled number of rounds is changed all
‘pick the round’ bets are void and will be refunded. The official stopping of a
round before the sounding of the bell does not constitute a full round. A full
round is only considered for betting purposes to have been completed when the
bell sounds signifying the end of the round.
Limited overs (including one-day internationals):
i.
In one-day matches, shortened by weather, the outcome
will be that determined by the competition rules. If the match is declared a
'no-result' all single bets will be refunded. Affected multiple bets will be
recalculated excluding that leg. However, all decided bets, such as high bat,
individual match ups and next man out, will stand.
ii.
For batting or bowling match-ups, both batsmen must reach
the crease or both bowlers must bowl one ball for bets to stand. Otherwise all
bets will be refunded. Affected multiple bets will be recalculated excluding
that leg.
i.
If a match is transferred to a reserve day, all bets
accepted prior to the toss of the original game will carry over. All wagers
accepted after the coin toss will be refunded. Affected multiple bets will be recalculated
excluding that leg.
ii.
For betting on the highest opening partnership, bets will
be paid on the team which has amassed the most runs when the first wicket
falls, i.e. if one of the opening batsman retires (hurt or otherwise), the
partnership is deemed to continue with the next batsman until the first wicket
falls.
i.
In the event of a tie (i.e. where both teams are bowled
out twice and have the same score), all bets to win on either team will be paid
at half face value (i.e. half the total original return of the bet including
the win portion and the stake). All bets on the draw will be losing bets.
ii.
At least one ball must be bowled for bets to stand -
otherwise all single bets are refunded. However, if a match is officially
abandoned (e.g. due to dangerous pitch conditions) then all undecided single
bets on the match will be refunded. Affected multiple bets will be recalculated
excluding that leg.
iii.
For bets to stand in batting or bowling match-ups, both batsmen must reach the crease or both bowlers must
bowl one ball. Otherwise all bets will be refunded. Affected multiple bets will
be recalculated excluding that leg.
iv.
For series betting, all scheduled matches must be played.
Otherwise all single bets will be refunded. Affected multiple bets will be
recalculated excluding that leg - unless a result has already been determined.
v.
Betting on Australian domestic cricket is based on the
most points awarded in the match.
vi.
For betting on the highest opening partnership, bets will
be paid on the team who has amassed the most runs when the first wicket falls,
i.e. if one of the opening batsman retires (hurt or otherwise), the partnership
is deemed to continue with the next batsman until the first wicket falls. For
test matches and domestic cricket this bet type refers to the first innings
only.
“All-In” betting applies. Coalition refers to
the Liberal Party and National Party. Betezy pays on the party that is sworn
in. Bets are settled at the time of swearing in.
In golf, a play-off shall count in
determining the final result. Where a tournament is affected by adverse weather
conditions, wagers will be settled on the official result, disregarding the
number of rounds played. If a tournament is not completed within 14 days of
commencing, all bets on any betting option for the tournament are void except
bets that are decided within the 14-day period. If a player is disqualified,
only completed rounds prior to the round, where the disqualification occurred,
will count. Tournament betting, and betting on tournament groups with nine
players or more:
i.
Bets are placed on an ‘All-In’ basis, (no refunds for
non-starters). Playoffs are included in determining the winner and every player
beaten in a playoff is deemed to have tied for second.
ii.
If a tournament is shortened, after it has started, then
all wagers stand. Bets accepted after the end of a day’s play are void unless
there is further play, which counts towards the result of the tournament (other
than a playoff). Or the betting is specifically stated to be on the outcome of
a playoff.
iii.
If a tournament is officially abandoned, all wagers on
the tournament are refunded, except options that have already been decided.
Single betting and betting on tournament groups with eight players or less:
iv.
Both players (or all players in group)
must tee off for wagers to stand. Playoffs are excluded.
v.
The winner is the player who plays the most holes
(excluding playoffs). If they are equal on holes, the best score wins. Holes
played in a round that is subsequently abandoned, or for any reason not counted
towards the result of the tournament, do not count. The Dead Heat Rule applies.
Single round betting (two balls, three balls, groups):
vi.
Both players (or all players in the
three balls or group) must tee off for bets to stand.
vii.
Where a tie or draw option is not offered, The Dead Heat
Rule applies. Playoffs are excluded unless otherwise stated.
viii.
The winner is the player who plays the most holes (excluding
playoffs). If they are equal on holes, the best score wins. Holes played in a
round that is subsequently abandoned, or for any reason not counted towards the
result of the tournament, do not count.
Make the cut betting:
ix.
For wagers to stand, the named player must play 36 holes
(or 54 or 72 holes where the cut is made at that point).
x.
A player is deemed to have made the cut if the player is
eligible to play in the round after the cut is made (even if the player chooses
not to do so). If a player is not eligible to do so (even if the rules for the
cut have been changed during the tournament) that player is deemed to have
missed the cut.
Tournament Head to Heads:
xi.
Both players must tee off for bets to stand.
xii.
Where a tie or draw option is not offered, The Dead Heat
Rule applies. Playoffs are excluded unless otherwise stated.
xiii.
The winner is the player who plays the most holes
(excluding playoffs). If they are equal on holes, the best score wins. Holes
played in a round that is subsequently abandoned, or for any reason not counted
towards the result of the tournament, do not count.
Payouts will be based on the official final score, including any extra time (an
extension of normal time). Games are official after 55 minutes of play. If a
game is postponed and rescheduled to occur within 48 hours of the original
start time, all bets stand. If rescheduled for more than 48 hours later, all
single bets are refunded. Affected multiple bets will be recalculated excluding
that leg. First half lines and bets relate solely to the score in the first
half. The first half must be completed for such bets to stand. Second half/half
time lines and bets relate solely to the score in the second half (including
any extra time, i.e. an extension of normal time). The second half must have
five minutes or less remaining for such bets to stand.
For US / Canadian NHL matches Head to Head and Totals betting includes overtime
and penalty shootout. In the case of a penalty shootout only one (1) goal will
be awarded to the winning team. For Non
Podium placing determines the standings for the settlement of bets.
Classified/Not Classified is paid based on whether the driver has been
'classified' by the ruling body. (See FIA Rules 166-169). Post-Podium, Betezy
does not recognise overturned decisions for betting
purposes. In match-ups or group betting, those drivers must line up on the
official starting grid for bets to stand. The official starting grid is the
grid after the warm up lap. For betting on drivers' and constructors'
championships, the result is declared once the podium positions for the final
listed event are known. Post-podium, Betezy does not recognise
overturned decisions for betting purposes. For head-to-head betting, both
drivers must must line up on
the official starting grid for bets to stand. Payouts are based on the driver
that completes the most laps of the race. If both drivers retire on the same
lap, match up will be deemed a tie. For 1st retirement bets, if more than one
(1) driver retires on the same lap number, the Dead Heat Rule applies.
Payouts are based on the official declared result including the end of any
additional time in which the Golden Point Rule is used. But, conditions may
apply to specific betting options. Specifically, Head to Head, Line, Totals,
Try scorers, and Scoring Play markets include extra time. Margin Betting and
HT/80 minutes Doubles are resulted at the completion of normal time: i.e. they
do not include extra time. A draw price is included in Margin Betting. Where a
match is incomplete, abandoned or postponed and resumed, or played within seven
(7) days of the original scheduled date, all bets stand. Once the seven (7)
days have expired all single bets are refunded. Affected multiple bets will be
recalculated excluding that leg. If the result of a match after extra time is a
Draw, then the Dead Heat Rule applies. In handicap/line and totals betting,
where the number is a flat number (e.g. 6.0), and the result lands on that flat
number, then all bets affected by that flat line will refunded. Affected
multiples will be recalculated excluding that leg. For First and Last Scoring
Plays and First Points markets, if the match remains scoreless after normal and
any extra time, then single bets will refunded. Multiple bets will be
recalculated excluding that leg. For Most Tries wagers in groups of three or
more players, if no player from the group scores a try, single bets are
refunded. Multiple bets are recalculated excluding that leg. If any of the
players do score any tries and there is a Dead Heat, then the Dead Heat Rule
applies. For Time of First Try betting, payouts are based on the official NRL
clock.
Payouts will be based on the official declared result, but conditions may apply
to specific betting options (e.g. end of normal time, including extra time - an
extension of normal time - etc.). Where a match is incomplete, abandoned or
postponed, and resumed or played within seven days of the original scheduled
date, all bets stand. Once the seven (7) days have expired
all single bets will be refunded. Affected multiple bets will be
recalculated excluding that leg. Where the draw option is offered, the bet is
decided on the result at the end of normal time (i.e. extra time - an extension
of normal time -not included). Where the draw option is not offered, The Dead
Heat Rule applies. In handicap and totals betting, where the line or total is a
flat number, if the score lands on the line or total all bets will be refunded.
Affected multiple bets (parlays) will be recalculated excluding that leg. For
First and Last Scoring Plays and First Points markets, if the match remains
scoreless after any normal and extra time, then single bets will be refunded.
Multiple wagers will be recalculated excluding that leg.
Bets are determined on the result after normal time. Normal time includes any
stoppage time added by the referee. The result is the official result as first
declared by the governing association of the match or the event as the full
time result, notwithstanding the match or event being shortened, later changes
of the official result and/or errors, unless otherwise stipulated by Betezy.
Where odds are offered for both the ‘normal time’ result and the ‘outright’
result, (e.g. cup finals, etc.), the Client has the option of betting on either
outcome. If a game is postponed and rescheduled to occur within 48 hours of the
original start time, all wagers stand. If rescheduled for more than 48 hours
later, all single bets are refunded. Affected multiple bets will be
recalculated excluding that leg. A soccer match must play for 80 minutes for
wagers to stand. If a match is abandoned before 80 minutes all bets are void
excepting those that may already have been decided (e.g. first goal scorer,
time of first corner, etc) When betting on 'first goal scorer' own goals (goals
accidentally scored by the opposition for the other team) do not count unless
otherwise specified. When betting on 'first goal scorer' and there is an option
of 'no goal scorer', if no goals are scored all bets on selected players that
entered the field are deemed lost. Double result, bets predicting the double
result must indicate the result at both half-time and full-time. Overtime
periods or extra time in soccer result shall not count towards a final result
of the match and the final result for payment of winning wagers shall be on a
draw. In the case of betting on a soccer match, the score at 90 minutes (normal
full-time, normal time includes any stoppage time added by the referee) shall
determine settlement of the wager and extra time will not count in determining
the final result. In the event of Betezy offering odds for a team to progress outright
to the next round or to win the competition outright, then replays, extra time
and penalties will count in determining settlement of the bet. In the case of
betting on a soccer 'outright' and there is no draw option, the match is
resulted by whoever 'takes the cup'. Soccer specials like correct score, HT/FT
double, first goal scorer and handicap betting are resulted at 'normal time'.
If a match is awarded to a player or players as a result of the
disqualification or incapacity of an opponent, all single
wagers are refunded. Affected multiple bets will be recalculated
excluding that leg. In the case of Outright Tournament winner, All In rule applies. For sets betting, if the match doesn't
start, or is unfinished due to either player’s incapacity or disqualification,
then all single bets are void and bets refunded. Affected multiple bets will be
recalculated excluding that leg. If a game is postponed and rescheduled, all
bets stand. If the game is not played or all sets have not been completed, all
single bets will be refunded. Affected multiple bets will be recalculated
excluding that leg. For Tournament Head-to-Heads pay on the player that
advances the furthest in the singles competition of the tournament. Both
players must start event. Draw wins if both players are eliminated in the same
round.
Betting is All In and Win Only. All wagers stand
regardless of postponement and change of venue. Wagers paid on official result
stated by governing body.
