Australian governing sporting body requests information of a Client who
joined after September 1, 2006 and that information will only be provided
to assist in a legitimate inquiry conducted by the Australia governing
sporting body to maintain the integrity of the sport. The other
circumstance is where a related company or contractors and service
providers are acting on behalf of us, helping us operate our business or provide
a service to you on our behalf.
